I do this through problem-solving and improving the efficacy of programs, systems, and services.For the past three years, I've proudly worn the hat of a Trainer at The Posse Foundation. Here, I've had the privilege of recruiting, training, and supporting dynamic student leaders as they matriculate onto campus and become leaders in the workforce. I regularly utilize dynamic facilitation skills and emergent strategies to connect students to resources and inspire them to tap into their leadership potential.
