- Partnering with key stakeholders to improve and implement programs, policies, and administration of the global mobility program in order to meet business needs- Provide immigration-related expertise to Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Business Partners and educate on the application of global mobility policies and procedures- Coordinate employees’ transfers with Human Resources partners, establish and ensure Service Level Agreement standards are met, and provide a superior customer service and support in the areas of relocation, tax, and immigration- Manage and coordinate the day to day operations and relationships with our external partners as it relates to global mobility. - Consistently assess the utilization and effectiveness of mobility program and suggest areas to improve in order to stay competitive and continue to provide the best experience for employees.- Partner with talent acquisition team and HR Business Partners to stay current on forecasting global mobility needs- Track and forecast annual mobility related costs and make adjustments in order to stay on budget- Work with external vendors to estimate cost projections for all relocation and global mobility transfers

- Oversee administration, communication, planning and delivery of company's immigration and green card processing- Working with Senior HR Compliance Manager, suppliers and other stakeholders on immigration and green card processing- Interacting with candidates, employees and managers to answer immigration policy and program questions- Administering U.S. permanent residence/green card processing activites such as postings, advertisements, and educating managers and employees about the process- Working with external counsel on the preparation and filing of employment based green card cases- Scheduling weekly meetings with legal counsel and requesting reports as needed- Requesting deemed export screenings- Maintaining immigration policies- Recordkeeping, tracking and reporting- Maintaining files for immigration cases such as Public Access Files and PERM audit files
