- Manage 37 employees; Monitor 3 consultants.- Ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, cost controls, and approved procedures. - Recruit, interview and hire employees.- Provide individual customer service to a population averaging 145 members.- Monitor reporting documents for kitchen services, nursing services, social services, activities, transportation, staff licenses et al to comply with the New Jersey Administrative Code.- Perform quality assurance audits, identify performance gaps, develop solutions and implement changes.- Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Adopted, amended, repealed or supplemented the Municipal Code by meeting with citizens and representatives. • Served as Commissioner to Rescue Squad, Fire Department, Recreation Committee, and Finance Committee to monitor and facilitate operations; and provided services for the 7,000 citizens of Dunellen.

• Provide companionship and recreation to assisted living and nursing home residents, and bereavement support to family of residents.
