CurrentManagement of the USNH Online Enrollment Centers technology stack including Salesforce and all accompanying technologies: TargetX, Five9 VoIP, Informatica Cloud, FormAssembly, Conga, SMS Magic, etc.Champion and accelerate the optimization of the Salesforce platform by setting best practices for:•Data governance.•Consultant, and vendor engagement.•Change and risk management.•Compliance with USNH and external policies as they relate to student data.•User experience design.•Digital experience management.•Diversity and inclusion as it relates to the platform and student outcomes.Manage technology release readiness:•Three major Salesforce update releases per calendar year.•Preparation of, testing, and installation.•Monthly TargetX package upgrades.•API upgrades (Five9 CTI adaptor, etc.)Establish controls to ensure stability of the Salesforce platform including confidentiality, integrity, availability, content and data quality, accessibility, and consistency. Direct all activities related to maximizing the potential of the Salesforce platform for data collection and reporting.Create analytics within Salesforce to create visually compelling/actionable reports and dashboards.
