Management of the USNH Online Enrollment Centers technology stack including Salesforce and all accompanying technologies: TargetX, Five9 VoIP, Informatica Cloud, FormAssembly, Conga, SMS Magic, etc.Champion and accelerate the optimization of the Salesforce platform by setting best practices for:•Data governance.•Consultant, and vendor engagement.•Change and risk management.•Compliance with USNH and external policies as they relate to student data.•User experience design.•Digital experience management.•Diversity and inclusion as it relates to the platform and student outcomes.Manage technology release readiness:•Three major Salesforce update releases per calendar year.•Preparation of, testing, and installation.•Monthly TargetX package upgrades.•API upgrades (Five9 CTI adaptor, etc.)Establish controls to ensure stability of the Salesforce platform including confidentiality, integrity, availability, content and data quality, accessibility, and consistency. Direct all activities related to maximizing the potential of the Salesforce platform for data collection and reporting.Create analytics within Salesforce to create visually compelling/actionable reports and dashboards.

•Work with our clients to understand their functional and technical requirements in order to architect the solutions to solve their business issues.•Act as end-to-end implementation consultant for clients, navigating them through implementations leveraging design thinking and agile techniques.•Collaborate with our Technical Architects and Developers to deliver the technical solutions required for our projects.•Communicate complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences who do not have a deep understanding of Salesforce Products.•Document potential solutions to address client needs, with estimates provided for preferred solutions.•Facilitate discovery sessions to capture additional requirements.

Works closely with key stakeholders to capture requirements and identify Salesforce.com (SFDC) solutions and collaborate with management to drive CRM process improvement in an academic environment.·Perform Salesforce administrator functions such as User Management, Profiles, Roles, Permissions Sets, Sharing Rules, Assignment rules, Queues, Licenses, Capacity and Storage management.·Perform data integration from many sources including ERP (Ellucian Banner), Microsoft Excel, and database output from partner institutions.·Implement agile project management ideals by facilitating exercises such as sprint planning and team leading standups.·Manage project timelines and communicate with management staff and clients to ensure project progress satisfactorily.·Oversaw software developers’ progress on applications and applied principles of agile methodologies to keep project on track.·Build complex formulas in Salesforce and Tableau for various business calculations. ·Trained team members as well as the rest of the company staff in employing agile practices to improve work flow.·Hold regular Salesforce end user trainings to keep staff up to date on the latest release features. ·Utilize Tableau data visualizations to analyze and obtain insight into large datasets, and create visually compelling and actionable interactive reports and dashboards. ·Deployed Scheduled Reports for the use of end users and both internal/external customers. ·Manage and support the TargetX integration. ·Administer Informatica Cloud integration environment, create and maintain automated data loads.·Develop and maintain data integrity with deduplication jobs using DemandTools.·Manage Dashboards, Reports, Forms, Templates, Page layouts, Workflows and Approvals within Salesforce.·Conduct user testing to mitigate risks associated with implementation/ enhancements of systems and processes.·Maintaining VisualForce, AppExchange, Force.com pages, and integrations of 3rd party solutions.

Salesforce Administration • Perform administrator functions such as User management, Profiles, Roles, Permissions Sets, Rules, Assignment rules, Queues, Licenses, Capacity and Storage management. • Manage Dashboards, Reports, forms, templates, Page layouts, workflows and Approvals, Create and maintain Custom objects, Object relationships, Standard and Custom fields. Enterprise Systems• Develop solutions and lead the implementation of increased functionality in enterprise systems, such as Ellucian Banner, Ellucian DegreeWorks, and Salesforce.• Serve as liaison between GSC and support services regarding testing, training, implementation and issues regarding enterprise systems and related products in which there is external hosting, service, or support.• Collaborate with functional departments to ensure appropriate and timely test plans for upgrades, enhancements and additions in enterprise systems.• Analyze and revise existing system and business logic to enhance system efficiency• Develop and provides training and support for existing and new users in enterprise systems, such as Banner, DegreeWorks, Salesforce, and other enterprise and related products.• Advocate best practices and data integrity while improving workflow efficiencies.• Work with functional groups to facilitate successful business processes and their related applications for integration among the various systems.• Work with coaches, faculty, and staff on streamlining and enhancing use of technologies to produce a student-centric environment.• Assist functional departments with the creation and running of reports and data extraction.
