With over 30 years of leadership experience in telecommunications, technology and infrastructure, I currently serve as Regional VP of Implementations and Operations at Crown Castle, overseeing the Fiber Solutions business in the East Region. Leading a 400+ person team, I drive service delivery, permitting, utility relations and the deployment of fiber and small cell infrastructure. My career began as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers, and I've since held leadership roles at Verizon, Level (3), and Siemens AG. I'm passionate about building strong teams, fostering innovation and delivering exceptional results. Outside of work, I've been active in community service, serving on the Board of the South Shore Kiwanis since 2012 and Junior Achievement's NY chapter since 2022.I hold an MBA from Long Island University - CW Post and a BBA in Finance from Baruch College
