I'm a strength and conditioning coach located in Boston, MA. I have been working in the private sector for the past 4 years as a Personal trainer at Equinox, before going fully independent and creating my company, Barry Performance LLC. My passion for strength and conditioning originated at my alma mater Merrimack College. There I was a member of the Men’s basketball team while also receiving my Bachelor's Degree in Human Performance and Wellness, and Master’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science. Some of my most notable work in the private sector has included working alongside Bryan Doo and Pierre Sully for Darius Bazley’s Pre draft. Along with hosting an off season training camp during the initial Pandemic Shutdown , that had seen the likes; of Allison Feaster, Jay Larranaga, Tacko Fall, Michael Carter Williams, Shey Preddy, and other high major Division 1 and Top 25 High School Athletes. All of these experiences shaped me into the strength coach I am today, and I have prided myself on my ability to implement individualised and team strength and conditioning programs, to enhance overall athletic performance, and minimise the risk of injury while improving the quality of life.
