As the chair of Messerli Kramer's Corporate Group and Real Estate Group, I lead a talented team of attorneys and advisors in a variety of transactions, and I serve as outside general counsel for a number of lower- and middle-market businesses and commercial real estate operations.As a real estate attorney, I focus on representing clients in the purchase, sale, financing and leasing of commercial properties, and I also assist in solving land use, environmental and property development projects. As a corporate attorney, I advise on a wide range of business matters, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, corporate governance, and buy-side and sell-side agreements. I help clients navigate complex business transactions and overcome practical and legal hurdles, providing advice that helps my clients navigate relationships and drive strategic initiatives.
