Managed 2.4 million square feet across 7 operational facilities accountable for over 2,000 daily truck and parcel shipments with a total annual revenue exceeding $2.1 billion.Developed and implemented a Supply Chain “touch reduction” strategy that eliminated 50% of domestic logistics infrastructure by shipping to customers directly from Asia and Mexico. Resulted in a $20M one time tax savings and $10M annually cost savings.Orchestrated business process off-shoring of customers service activities reducing domestic staff by 65% and producing a savings of $2.3 million.

Led global strategy consolidation, global cost reduction analysis, and project development. Instigated continuous improvement efforts through Six Sigma and Lean projects. Managed distribution functions of all operation centers including 250,000 SF facility in Ontario, CA; 1 million SF facility in Seymour, IN; 80,000 SF facility in Reno, NV; and 200,000 SF facility in Nashville, TN. Led all distribution activities, including receiving, pick pack, inventory, and shipping. Directed functions at 150,000 SF returns center handling all returned product from customers, including recertification of inkjet and laser printers for resale as Class B product. Implemented two operational facilities in a time frame of 4 weeks that provided printers to our largest customer in a 2 hour order to delivery cycle that avoided $20 million annually in transit costs.Administrated the implementation of a state of the art 250,000 SF operational facility controlled by PKMS warehouse management system that included vender managed inventory, kitting, and distribution activities.
