Resulted in a $20M one time tax savings and $10M annually cost savings.Orchestrated business process off-shoring of customers service activities reducing domestic staff by 65% and producing a savings of $2.3 million.

Led all distribution activities, including receiving, pick pack, inventory, and shipping. Directed functions at 150,000 SF returns center handling all returned product from customers, including recertification of inkjet and laser printers for resale as Class B product. Implemented two operational facilities in a time frame of 4 weeks that provided printers to our largest customer in a 2 hour order to delivery cycle that avoided $20 million annually in transit costs.Administrated the implementation of a state of the art 250,000 SF operational facility controlled by PKMS warehouse management system that included vender managed inventory, kitting, and distribution activities.
