As a Senior Associate Partner I deliver assessment and executive development services for a Talent Management business. Formerly GM Talent Solutions at Orchard HRO and, prior to that, a Client Services Director at Hudson, I designed and delivered large-scale career management and transition, psychological assessment and development, and talent identification and pipelining solutions. As a member of SEAT (Victorian Government's South East Auto Transition Group) I supported many of the 160+ ASC (auto supply chain) companies restructuring and/or shutting after cessation of automobile manufacturing in Australia. Dealing effectively with the scale and complexity of disruption in a State recognised for its manufacturing excellence required innovative, integrated and sensitive approaches to identification of transferable skills, retraining options and job readiness support.I'm a registered psychologist (AHPRA), Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, former IPAA People & Culture Community of Practice member, with post-graduate qualifications in applied psychology (Monash University) and public administration (Canberra University). As an HR professional and organisational psychologist, I specialised in assessment, selection and development of individuals and teams for mission critical roles in civil aviation, aerospace, police and the armed forces. I inaugurated the Australian Federal Police Psychology Services Unit, Commanded Australian Army Reserve psychology in Victoria and was Senior Psychologist with what is now AirServices Australia.I successfully lead the Asia Pacific HR advisory business of a global management consulting firm, have held Board roles for 25 years, was Federal President the Institute of Management Consultants and currently chair a non-profit arts company. I judged the Telstra Business Awards and Telstra Business Women's Awards for over 10 years.
