I have been working with Web Applications and web forms since entering the workforce. My main role has been the functional documentation of the web forms and the development of the web forms. I have participated in all the phases of development from prototyping, designing, requirements, development, testing and production. Lately I have been working with just straight HTML, CSS, and jQuery with plugins like moment, easyui, tooltip, jquery ui. These consume services derived from a variety of sources but ultimately parsed into JSON. Problem solving and designing solutions have always been a passion of mine. I have always had a knack to be able to quickly work through a variety of scenarios and make an objectively based decision off of it. In side projects I have been playing with AngularJS, node.js and Bootstrap. I have a few webapps on Heroku I use as a playground for testing some fun ideas. I have lately been interested in learning JavaScript model/view frameworks as well as utilize Ruby more. I like using and working with new and exciting technologies. I constantly strive to learn especially from my peers. I am an independent and self driven individual but do enjoy working on teams where everyone is giving 100%.I also have a few Arduino projects for some more hardware necessary projects. One of my Arduino boards allows me to open my door via WiFi. Another Arduino project I am currently working on has the Arduino board connected to the internet controlling 2 servos which in turn pivot a webcam with a laser pointer. I have been interested in getting into the mobile development scene just haven’t found any time outside of work to work on anything as of yet. I would be more partial to Android development but I am sure I would even enjoy iOS development as well (I am just more of a fan of Android devices).
