This required investigating and identifying amounts contributed to our fund anonymously, and afterwards educating the responsible employer on standard practice. - During my time there I developed a ‘Suspense Handbook’ which contained over 300 employers who repeatedly contributed anonymously (list updated weekly), 18+ methods of tracing money back to a source, and contacts I’ve made at various financial institutions across Australia. - Part of a small team who were able to perform refunds out of our institution. - Establishing and maintaining consistent contact with employers under our fund, and even some who weren’t, with technical advice on how to use our system for Superannuation contributions and fielding questions regarding their obligations as set by the Australian Taxation Office. - Stakeholder Management: For our portfolio employers I performed ad hoc account balance correction when they had made an error when contributing to their employees or if we identified the error; i.e. reversing money, accounting creation/merging, examining negative amounts. - Maintaining and exceeding KPIs, such as 90% of calls recorded, same day action on any dishonoured or unpriced contributions, and sending leads to the Business Outreach team after a new business has called (this required determining their needs and their approval). - Heavy Data Entry component; manual processing and checking of Superannuation contributions from employers daily.
