Attorney at law (avocat/advocaat) registered at the Brussels Bar since September 2011, I am the founding partner of BOCHON & FULMINI law firm. In my daily practice with own dedicated team, I deal with international, EU and Belgian business law issues for clients based everywhere in the world (ranging from commercial contracts to corporate transactions, insolvency and liquidation). I am an expert in intellectual property and technology legal issues. Since 2016, I have been involved as consortium or advisory board member in H2020 projects, now Horizon Europe. Since 2018, I am on the list of bankruptcy trustees and liquidators of the French-speaking Enterprise Court of Brussels.Since October 2011, I am a part-time associate lecturer and researcher in EU Law and Economic Law at the Law Faculty of the Free University of Brussels (Université libre de Bruxelles). Since October 2018, I am also a Ph.D. candidate at the JurisLab (Center of Private Law) of the same university with a Ph.D. thesis on innovation law. I successfully presented the intermediary paper in September 2021 and obtained the certificate in doctoral research training.Previously, I read both Law and History in Belgium and Law in the United Kingdom (University of Cambridge, LL.M. obtained in 2011) and, until now, authored more than 20 legal articles and book chapters. I am also the author of the « Code de la recherche et du développement technologique » (published in French by Larcier in April 2023) which is a collection of 392 legal texts (international, EU and Belgian) dealing with research and technological de development laws.I am a former fellow at the Transatlantic Technology Law Forum (TTLF) at Stanford Law School, where I conducted a research project on EU-US trade secrets law.I am also a founding member and past president of the Clare Hall Law Society at Clare Hall, University of Cambridge and former editor in the board of the Cambridge Student Law Review.
