Database management; obtain necessary information for accurate and complete documentation. Complete calls in an accurate and timely manner, while anticipating customer service needs to escalate consumer indicted medical needs as needed. At the direction of the Store Manager, supervises, trains, and develops Store Team Members on Family Dollar operating practices and procedures. Greets and assists customers in a positive, approachable manner while answering questions and resolving customer inquiries and concerns. Streamlined all administrative and Human Resources related duties and records for the merging of Academy Garage Door and Intaset Technologies Corporations. Accurately process and manage new and current client transactions to include proposals, contracts, addendums, and accounts receivables with the customer needs and expectations as priority. Coordinate all aspects of company’s quarterly sales exhibitions execution to include travel arrangements, booth proposals, signage/ literature drafts and finalizations. Executed bi-weekly production & sales meetings to ensure Accounting and Production departments were meeting and exceeding predetermined sales goals in a timely and proficient manner.

Promotes a welcoming environment to face-to-face as well as over the phone cliental while accurately entering data, record and file creation and maintenance, mail distribution, invoice processing and administrative support to include maintaining of appointment calendars, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements to company owner, sales, and accounting departments. Produces a variety of correspondence, reports and presentations using the appropriate office equipment and software.
