• IT Operations Audit – Developed the audit testing work program and tested all key areas such as Back-Ups, Server Builds, Batch Processing, Capacity Monitoring, VoIP, and Database administration including iSeries. The audit objectives concentrated on verifying that the internal controls exist and are functioning as expected to minimize overall business risk.• Design Assessment Project - Self-sufficient in reviewing key documents such as Excel spreadsheets, and coding languages such as SAS, VBA, Python, R, and Access Databases to ensure design was following best practices. The design review consisted of being able to fluently and gracefully discuss the positive impacts to over 75+ owners and consisting over 100+ documents.• Social Engineering Project - Engagement consisted of testing and documenting the controls in place for social engineering attempts via forms of email phishing, spear phishing, physical breaching, and telephonic calls. Anthony tested the current controls in place against social engineering and majority attempts were successful. An overall outlook then was provided with additional controls to further mitigate any social engineering attempts.• ServiceNow Project – Configured ticketing system per client's requests using industry best practices. Gathered user requirements through meetings with key users. Then organized and translated requests into modules and forms in Service Now to promote segregation of duties, tracking of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and to improve workflow efficiency through different departments.• IT SOX(Sarbanes-Oxley) Projects – Experience in several SOX projects from start to end, which has provided Anthony complete insight of completing a SOX project successfully.
