Anthony tested the current controls in place against social engineering and majority attempts were successful. An overall outlook then was provided with additional controls to further mitigate any social engineering attempts.• ServiceNow Project – Configured ticketing system per client's requests using industry best practices. Gathered user requirements through meetings with key users. Then organized and translated requests into modules and forms in Service Now to promote segregation of duties, tracking of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and to improve workflow efficiency through different departments.• IT SOX(Sarbanes-Oxley) Projects – Experience in several SOX projects from start to end, which has provided Anthony complete insight of completing a SOX project successfully.
