Facilities Manager
Current- Lead facilities management for 30+ stores, overseeing maintenance, compliance, and project management while optimizing operations, reducing costs, and improving efficiency
- Directly manage a team of 2-4 Maintenance Technicians by delegating work orders/assignments and scheduling
- Manage relationship and conduct bidding process for all preventative and reactive maintenance vendors
- Work with local inspectors and Fire Marshals to maintain store compliance with local jurisdictions
- Routinely inspect stores for quality assurance as well as diagnosing opportunities for improvement in regards to company processes and maintenance
- Project manager for all refrigeration, fixture, and equipment installation for new build and remodel lease locations
