Current• Efficiently manage organizational operations, supporting the Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer (CDEIO) with projects, events, and communications.• Manage the CDEIO’s schedule, travel, emails, and meetings.• Coordinate meetings, track actions items, offer insight and feedback.• Utilize organizational skills, critical thinking, and proactive planning to manage multiple priorities.• Coordinate and execute external partnership events and conferences.• Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) membership reporting, badging, and external surveys.• Gather, prepare, and provide meeting materials – i.e., agendas and pre-reads.• Ownership and oversight of department budgets including ERGs.• Process vendor invoices and payments in Coupa procurement system.• Partner and contribute to effective communication plans to ensure widespread dissemination.• Proficient in hybrid team interaction technology utilizing Microsoft Office suite applications.• Manage confidential information while ensuring compliance with company policies.• Act as a delegate/proxy for leadership – i.e., OOO, Workday, PeopleSoft expense approvals.• Provide HR support, manage SharePoint sites, distribution lists, and reporting.• Skilled in project management within a large workforce.• Develop and organize employee engagement programs and events. • Assist senior leadership in development planning by tracking learning goals and surveys.• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities and building collaborative relationships as a continuous learner.
