By building trust in this way, I've consistently flipped the paradigm from the perception of “sales rep” to trusted strategic advisor. I value relationships over revenue and this core philosophy has served me well.It's all about clarity. In a world full of confusing jargon, I break things down so that executives can understand what's at stake in their health care planning. I do this by helping to analyze costs, budgets, compliance obligations and other variables. Whenever possible, I relieve organizations of the burden of constructing the best strategy and crystalize their options so that they can concentrate on their core business. Ethics and morals, and confidentiality matter especially in a highly regulated industry such as health care. Companies place a high degree of trust in me and my work, and I reward that trust by giving them the highest level of honest, ethical service possible. I go the extra mile after the extra mile. I will not rest until my clients fully grasp the value of a new idea, and feel secure in implementing the plans I've designed.
