At Mission, I worked with an energetic and experienced group, while overseeing company and field operations. Mission, Inc. was a thriving company that had packaged a variety of oil & gas services under one holding company. Although Mission, Inc was a new 'holding' company, we had, in operation, two (2) experienced and established service lines to service the Oil & Gas Industry. The two (2) were, AES Certified (American Environmental Services - overseen by Rich Clapp) and CRB Construction & Welding (piping, mechanical, earth moving capabilities and a wide variety of construction services) which I primarily oversaw. As industry growth continued, we began looking at adding additional service lines to better serve the oil and gas industry.

CRB Construction & Welding, LLC was a piping, mechanical and civil company. I had the privilege of overseeing client relationships, internal safety processes and implementation, striving for operational excellence, internal management coordination and all other aspects of company activities. The activities I refer to ranged from, but were not limited to, safety programs and implementation, management, craft and field processes and performance, and the overall financial health of CRB. I enjoyed being interactive with our clients, CRB management and, field personnel and projects. I have reflected on and have been blessed with past/successful management and supervisor styles while working for othe companies. I had been given the opportunity and ability to implement proven and successful methods and ideology while evaluating innovative methods to be able to grow CRB into a highly desirable contractor. Our goal at CRB was to simply give our clients peace of mind by working 'with' our clients, communicating and quickly adapting to any changes that were encountered while performing the scope of work. I enjoyed, and still do to this day, looking at common practices and ask "why"? If the answer is "because that's the way it's always been done.", then it is time to evaluate, or re-evaluate, in order to attempt to discover if there can be a safer and/or more productive/effective way. We strive to discover and/or alter current methods and share the benefits with our clientele.

I represented business development for Cape's coatings & linings group. I had been responsible for customer realtions, assist in contract negotiations, financial strategic planning, contract writing and submittals and performance awareness. Additionally, I reviewed and update performance cost sheets to gain the best value and competitiveness for our company and maintaining the best value for our clients. I completeed qualifications, review contract requirements and evaluate strategic planning. The groups that I worked with were highly knowledgable, self motivated individuals and valuable in the industry. We continually motivated each other and nothing was completed without an intensive group effort. I was extremely proud to be a part.
