Anthony Carollo is the founding CEO of Vista Title and Escrow.As the former president of Stewart Title of Spokane, Anthony oversaw the company’s Spokane offices from the time they opened in 2004 until his transition into full-time ministry in 2014. He then returned to the title insurance industry as CEO of Vista by leading a purchase of the assets of Stewart Title of Spokane LLC in 2017.Anthony has worked in the title-insurance industry since 1988. Before becoming a title-office manager in 1999, he held positions both as a title officer and as a marketing representative. He spent four years (2000-2004) managing a title company in Corvallis, Ore., and has spent the balance of his career in the Spokane market. Leaving the business world to take on the role of Executive Director of of the Greater Spokane Association of Evangelicals was a challenge. The GSAE led some important efforts over it's long run before being shuttered in 2017. Anthony now proudly serves on the board of Greater Good Northwest based in Spokane Valley, WA.A long-time supporter of the real estate and homebuilding industries, Anthony received a President’s Award from the Spokane Home Builders Association in 2009 and earned the Spokane Association of Realtors’ Affiliate of the Year honor in 1998. Also, he began serving on the Spokane County Planning Commission in January of 2010, and in 2011 he began serving on the Northeast Development Advisory Board and its successor the Northeast Public Development Authority for the City of Spokane. Another of his favorite roles was as chair of the SHBA Government Affairs Committee in 2009 and 2010.Vista Title & Escrow has grown from a small 14 person staff in an office in a funky brick building in 2017 to now employing 70+ team mates in 5 different locations. We're no longer in the funky brick building! All of our staff are local, we don't outsource any of our work overseas like all of our national competitors do.He and his wife Debbie are blessed to help lead the prayer team at Sun City Church in Spokane Valley.Specialties: Title insurance and escrow closings for commercial and residential real estate, government affairs, social media, marketing, and business management.
