In this role I manage and drive all of SmartAdvocate’s implementations as well as other projects from start to completion. My main duties are to plan and facilitate installation, implementation, training (both remote and on-site) and to coordinate Go-Live for clients. I design implementation project maps and roll outs with law firm’s stake holders and project managers. This is done with the law firm’s specific workflow and area of expertise in mind to maximize utilization. Using effective communication, I work across multiple departments to facilitate successful implementations. In addition to these duties, given the company’s start up environment, I also have various customer success and process improvement responsibilities. At any given time, there are upwards of 50 projects I manage simultaneously in this role.
