Manage Battle Command Training Center Network to support the training of combat forces in their C4ISR equipment in the US Pacific region.Support various commands to include Army, Air Force, Marines, Navy and Joint Commands. All with their own requirements and special needs.Manage the Cisco Call Manager for the Simulation Network.

Manage all projects in US Pacific District which includes 3 Main Sites, 15 + remote sites and over 15,000 users.Conduct all High Level Surveys for new network equipment installs.

Selected to be the Network Technician for the Brigade from among my peers and seniors due to my technical expertise. Responsibilities included: planning and engineering the Brigade communication equipment which consisted of 8 KU Satellite Trailers, 2 JNNs and 6 BCPNs, leading a team of 9 Soldiers as the NETOPS Team, provided network support to all data systems in the brigade i.e. CPPs and DTSS, and established standards to operate as an autonomous Brigade due to not having a Division HICON.Engineered the first link to ever be established in the Pacific AOR by a JNN to a STEP Site.Responsible for the router network in the entire brigade, including 80 routers and 70 + switches.A member of the Integration and Testing team for the Exploitation/Fusion Cell concept from Company to Brigade.Have experience with Cisco Call Manager, and Cisco Call Manager Express. Also experienced in integrating the VoIP network into the POTS.Expanded the 2-25 SBCT VoIP network to individual companies each with their own Cisco Call Manager Express and dial plans.Integrated Redline An80i Radios and Company Data Cases throughout the Brigade.Provided expert System Architecture (SA) advice on C4ISR systems to the Brigade S-6. Provided expert Joint Network Node training to signal soldiers to include warrants and officers.

Was responsible for the health, welfare and training of 4 soldiers.Trained soldiers throughout the Brigade on Joint Network Node systems to include Cisco Networking, Microsoft Servers, Juniper Firewalls, FlexMux, Vantage, CTM-100, Fiber Optic Cabling, KU SATCOM Systems, Promina and REDCOM. Graduated form the JNN Operator and Maintainer Course with a 98% GPA.

Was responsible for the health, welfare and training of 5 soldiers.Lead the team to provide services for 200 voice and 1000+ data subscribers with 99% reliability during Operation Enduring Freedom V.Installed initial fiber backbone in Camp Salerno, Afghanistan to allow it to grow to support over 2000 soldiers.Trained in the use of a Baseband Node during deployment, to include its many systems.Managed the automations helpdesk at night to provide automations support to the 1000+ data users
