- Subject matter expert for all storage well inspection data including open/cased hole wireline logs- Technical lead for process development of storage well reassessment procedure- Project manager for multiple workover projects, managing rigs, wellsite managers, equipment, contractors, etc.- Created workover programs to abandon and recomplete wells.- Manage data analysis on all wireline logs performed in Aliso Canyon, Playa Del Ray, Honor Rancho, and Goleta.- Complete technical reports present to executive management. - Conduct data analysis of well integrity inspection results; communicate to Storage Engineers and give a recommendation for future procedures.- Established vendor protocols and documentation to track log quality control.- Develop and maintain company processes that impact policies & procedures for SIMP and UGS activities.- Coordinate and direct wireline activities within the work group including prioritizing and scheduling work, providing technical advice to engineering team, and analyzing results of technical evaluations.- Manage key aspects of data quality, delivery, and management. - Work closely with state representatives (DOGGR, CPUC) for regulatory adherence and approval.- Prepare cost estimates and proposals for various UGS projects ranging from $100k-$3M- Review, code, and approve invoices in SAP.- Negotiate credits, discount rate, and overall cost with vendors.- Key decision maker in the request for proposal from wireline vendors.- Perform audits on all wireline vendors, with a focus on compliance and operational issues.- Remain current with trends and advancements in the industry, especially open and cased hole logging techniques and advances in technology.- Proposed, created, and presented a project to determine the viability of the pulsed eddy current technology.- Health and safety focused during every field visit.
