• Presented to over 600 patients on how to self-administer the COVID-19 test via demonstration with a sample kit• Communicated with facility coordinators on ways to streamline the testing process such as using hooks to collect completed test kits instead of bins• Coordinated traffic and organized patients into appropriate stations to receive test kits

• Led group tours for new Scholars in the Rehabilitation Department, presented emergency exits, oxygen tanks, wheelchair storage, and department telephone for emergencies• Tracked the shifts of the 20 scholars in the department to adjust shift times for the next rotation to accommodate the scholar schedules• Visited patients to check on their well-being during their stay in the department• Held monthly meetings with hospital staff to receive feedback of department coordinator management

• Mentored around 500 hundred students individually on the college and financial aid application process, answered college questions and provided academic advice• Hosted workshop sessions presenting to students and families at local high schools about the next steps into higher education after high school graduation• Spearheaded discussions with supervisor and high school administration for optimal workshop times that would accommodate everyone’s schedules
