Summary:To support the performance of the MTNs & Private Placements Group activity.Support in the execution of Private Placements transactions: providing MTNPP team member with all preparatory work for them to act as an interface between issuers and investors, the MTNs and Private Placements Group is generating private placement opportunities and executing these trades in either vanilla or structured format, in all asset classes including Interest rate, Equity, FX, Credit, Commodities and Hybrid.Liaising with the CA-CIB Sales Network, to provide the whole customer base with a superior service and expertise for distributing, pricing, and risk management solutions.Key Responsabilities:• Assist in PP opportunities by ‘pushing’ the sales force to market and generate orders – as per Team strategy• Preparing possible transactions, giving flows update in order for MTNPP team member to obtain and execute mandates from the issuers• Liaison with CA-CIB’s sales forces/structuring desks: providing indicative levels and seeking market feedback, promoting issuers’ names, co-ordinate settlement and documentation issues• Facilitate secondary / buy back and restructuring transaction by liaising with issuers• Support Global co-head and team members in their day – to – day duties• Runs, issuer & investor termsheets preparation• Database & pipeline management• Post trade functions – Booking under supervision, MTM, Bloomberg & league table managementKey Internal Contacts:• Origination regarding sharing knowledge on clients• Trading for live pricing and execution of trades• Legal teams regarding new issue documentation & client advice• Back office regarding post-execution issues (securities or swap).• Salesforce regarding distribution of the product – exchange views on investor’s appetite / focus.• Structurers regarding the structuring of deals/transaction ideas.
