As PT Manager my duties include the management and payroll of all personal and group training staff, hiring/termination of personal and group training staff, scheduling of both employees and clients, program design and implementation, personal and group training sales, advertising and marketing, managing accounts, phone calls, as well as day to day gym needs. Over the last year, our club's monthly personal training revenue has grown from ~$9,000 to over $23,000, making us one of the largest PT programs within Anytime Fitness. With a great crew of trainers, we are continuing to work to play a larger role in improving the health and wellness of an impoverished and under-served community.
