As a Talent Acquisition Partner, I am responsible for full-cycle recruiting for a wide variety of positions within IT, E-commerce, F&A, HR, Hospitality & Hotels, Housing, Transportation, Bookstore, and the Los Angeles Coliseum. Positions range from mass volume line level union to director level. I am the project manager for two annual job fairs targeting front of house and back of house hospitality positions. USC, the largest private employer in the Greater LA region, is focused on diversity, inclusion and compliance with state hiring regulations. As a recent MPA grad, I build partnerships with non-profit organizations that specialize in training clients for job placement to engage the local community. I consult with these groups to ensure that they are training their candidates in an effective manner. I also serve as the liaison between department and temp agencies to secure and acquire temp labor for special events (such as commencement or events at the Coliseum).In addition to my recruiter responsibilities, I play a lead role in driving and engaging culture within the Shared Services team (which encompasses HR, Finance, IT and Marketing).
