Organized, rehearsed, and executed 6 successful installation retirement, 5 change of command, and 12 Call Forward ceremonies for Soldiers deploying and redeploying from theater operations. Received laudatory comments from the Director of Mission Services Division, Post Commander, and Post Command Sergeant Major (CSM) for being very effective and producing outstanding results. Responsible for coordinating personnel, equipment, and facilities required by internal and external organizations to include parades, civilian affairs, and area wide funeral support; coordinated tasks for Fort Eustis Schools, ROTC, JROTC, and various external agencies while allocating the use of both military and civilian assets and man hours; implemented TRADOC tasking’s to various units on the installation; performed a wide variety of administration duties to include word processing, electronic mail transmissions, telephone reception, and records management.
