Assisted in running daily operations critical to Joint Base-Eustis consisting of ten thousand Soldiers, Families and civilians. Collaborated with emergency operations center (EOC) at 733d Main Support Group (MSG), to inform the Post Commander of all severe weather, emergency notifications systems, accountability program, operational tasking’s, and informational awareness. Was a part of the installation’s EOC’s team during crisis’s and provides relevant guidance to the installation crisis action team. Has a vast knowledge of Army, Air Force, and Civilian rules, regulations, and policies. Was a key individual to the emergency manager during exercises and real world contingencies. During contingency operations and exercises, works indirectly with the 633d Air Base Wing (ACC), Command Post to meet program requirements and objectives. Organized, rehearsed, and executed 6 successful installation retirement, 5 change of command, and 12 Call Forward ceremonies for Soldiers deploying and redeploying from theater operations. Received laudatory comments from the Director of Mission Services Division, Post Commander, and Post Command Sergeant Major (CSM) for being very effective and producing outstanding results. Responsible for coordinating personnel, equipment, and facilities required by internal and external organizations to include parades, civilian affairs, and area wide funeral support; coordinated tasks for Fort Eustis Schools, ROTC, JROTC, and various external agencies while allocating the use of both military and civilian assets and man hours; implemented TRADOC tasking’s to various units on the installation; performed a wide variety of administration duties to include word processing, electronic mail transmissions, telephone reception, and records management. Served as the 7th Transportation Brigade (Expeditionary) S-3 Schools Supervisor and was responsible for providing training and guidance to three Battalions consisting of over 2,500 Soldiers. Ensured proper and timely processing and tracking of all Brigade schools requests in the Army Training Requirements and Resource System (ATRRS). Was responsible for coordinating and the execution of various courses in order for all branches to attend, which included Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, and Coast Guard. Hosted weekly Battalion schools and training meetings to the Brigade Commander and CSM. Responsible for managing the Brigade Warrior Leaders Course and the Brigade Resolute Leadership Course Order of Merit List. Supervised and trained two Soldiers in ATRRS and the process of every school offered to the troops. Captured, organized, managed, and sustained a variety of information from various resources in order to track the Brigades statistics for all schools and training and consolidated information obtained and created data sheets, graphs, and spreadsheets in order to properly brief the Brigade Commander, CSM, and Brigade S-3.

Served as the Management Supervisor in a movement control section and obtained a vast knowledge of Air Force, joint services, and combined plan development for planning or programming in a multi-functional areas. Researched, proposed, and initiated necessary changes to the traffic management system for cost effectiveness and mission requirements. Prepared, consolidated, and reviewed technical, personnel, and administrative reports and forms covering transportation movements. Checked, reviewed, and consolidated movement requirements to ensure the appropriate transport capability in order to prepare the movement schedules. Planned transportation for logistical support to meet State, Federal, and International requirements. Tracked and maintained accountability over 46,080 vehicles and its cargo to and from its destination. Supervised 19 individuals and was accountable for the maintenance and serviceability of vehicles and equipment worth over $1,450,000.

Supervised nine assigned and attached Soldiers and was responsible for support tasks being received, issued, and supported. Maintained and updated unit informational and deployment readiness files. Coordinated training in accordance with command guidance and Army Regulations. Planned and administered the company training guidance and unit weight control program. Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of company equipment in excess of $100,000.

Served as Rear Detachment Commander for an organization. Prepared, trained, and deployed 32 personnel and equipment. Responsible for promotion reports, organization reports, Legal manning reports, and personnel reports. Accountable for over $1,250,000 of equipment

Camp Henry, Korea

Served as the operations and training Supervisor for over 140 personnel. Responsible for training schedules and short and long term training and operation calendars. Prepared, staged, and executed the movement of several organizations for deployment to combat areas. Accountable for 6 individuals and over 250,000 worth of equipment.

Performed Leadership duties as task coordinator in all Town Hall Meetings in which ensured all missions were completed and had exceptional results. The organization valued and used his skills, knowledge, and experience from being a War Vet, Administrations, conducting training and classes, Drug and alcohol abuse program as well as administering drug and alcohol test. Class V - Ammunition of all types, bombs, explosives, mines, fuses, detonators, pyrotechnics, missiles, rockets, propellants, and associated items to over 10 organizations while in a combat situation. Was accountable for receiving and issuing over a Million gallons of fuel, Class III products and Class V packages. Maintained and sustained Millions of Dollars’ worth of Vehicles and equipment keeping an impeccable maintenance log and the equipment 100% mission capable.

Served as the supervisor of 25 individuals and responsible for over 1.8 million dollars in equipment and vehicles with no losses. Class V - Ammunition of all types, bombs, explosives, mines, fuses, detonators, pyrotechnics, missiles, rockets, propellants, and associated items, and Class IV - Construction materials, including installed equipment and all fortification and barrier materials products; valuing over 2.5 million dollars.

Served as the supervisor of 20 individuals and responsible for over 5.5 million dollars of equipment with an impeccable 0% loss of fuel and equipment. Was the accountability officer in charge for ordering, receiving and distributing fuel and petroleum products. Supervised the health and welfare of 14 Soldiers and their families. Maintained 10 fuel trucks, 4 hummers and 3 21/2 ton trucks. Responsible for testing JP8 fuel in order to ensure quality of fuel to put into Blackhawks, Chinooks, and Apache helicopters. Refueled aircraft fixed wing and helicopters on a daily basis. Was the Safety Supervisor officer for the Battalion and Company for 5 years and briefed all Soldiers on the proper procedures on the flight line and on everyday operations dealing with fuel around helicopters and fixed wing aircraft.
