Mr. Crofton is the Director of National Accounts of Frasco® Investigative Services, a nationwide full-service private detective agency. Mr. Crofton received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and attended Graduate School at Loyola College in Maryland where he received training in Clinical Psychology. Mr. Crofton has over twenty-nine years of experience in insurance investigations. Past employment includes positions with the State of Maryland’s Department of Juvenile Justice, Union Memorial Hospital (Baltimore, Maryland), and Johns Hopkins University. A frequent lecturer and guest speaker, Mr. Crofton developed and implemented what has become known as the “Intellectual Approach to Investigations”. Mr. Crofton served as a Past President of the Washington Claim Association and has held various Board of Director positions for the Maryland Self-Insurers’ & Employers’ Compensation Association and several other professional associations and nonprofit associations in the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan area. Mr. Crofton was featured on the FOX 45 News Cover Story entitled “Crooked Claims” and his business has been profiled in both the Baltimore Sun newspaper and the Baltimore Business Journal. In 2020, Mr. Crofton was honored to become an Affiliated Professional Member of the American Bar Association (ABA) and a member of the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association (NRRDA).
