I have built both small, agile teams within tech startup with the structure to scale and large complex teams for the transformation of IT services and solutions for +1.2M end users (NSW Government Education), and facilitated YOY growth in both traditional verticals and new markets (ELB). I have applied this commercial capacity to a start-up role (Padlokt) and most recently a large greenfield IT environment (TAFE NSW), shaping and advancing IT strategies and technology road maps that launch global businesses and realise transformational change.
