I serve as the Lead for Bridging Blocks and the N.I.C.E. (News and Information Community Exchange) programs. Bridging Blocks creates events to foster dialogue about issues in a civic manner. N.I.C.E. supports grass roots, community based content producers to help them maintain and grow.

I work alongside educators to create safe, positive, equitable learning environments in which all students can experience belonging, build relationships, and fully and purposefully engage with academic and social-emotional learning.

I directed the activities of a camp that included 45 campers (ages 6-12) and 8 youth workers (ages 14-17). This included aquatics, sports endeavors, and team building. There were visiting subject matter experts for additional exposure and day trips. Imperative requirements included organization to manage logistics, intervention managing disputes, day to day communication with parents to maximize the camper's positive experiences, and hand and glove coordination with the site director to insure safety and security. Extremely rewarding work.

My current responsibilities include leading the revenue generation of all Local advertising which is made up of Digital, Print display, and Classified verticals, collectively in excess of $17,000,000. Additionally, as the head of Labor Relations, I have responsibility for contract negotiations and organizational labor strategy. I served as 1st Chair for the current Collective Bargaining Agreement ratified in 2020. In my operational role, I oversee the execution of post-sales print products bridging the gap between Advertising and Production.

I am the leader of the regional 40-person sales staff and $38M in revenue. I am responsible for overseeing the financial activities, including monthly/quarterly sales results and projects, as well as budget development. An on-going duty is constantly developing the sales team to achieve established objectives, both in traditional and digital products. A few key contributions include:⇨Successfully managed for 12 consecutive years within operational and budget guidelines by monitoring expenses and increasing sales revenues through new business productivity. ⇨Exceeded financial objectives in 2018.⇨In 2017, successfully integrated the local legacy and local digital units into a winning entity.⇨ In 2017, strategically restructured a 45 person proactive staff in four offices across two states in the Philadelphia region. This has resulted in improved customer satisfaction, reduced travel times, and increased overall sales productivity. ⇨Created and launched, in 2017, the company-wide Employee Recognition Program to recognize and build a more positive employee environment for all team members. This endeavor provides peer and management recognition throughout the entire organization and supports increased employee satisfaction and retention.
