VP of Sales role drove the implementation and execution of sales strategy, managed sales training also managed global and public sector sales As Anixter looked to continue to grow, new vendors became critical. As the Director of Vendor Relationships I targeted and on boarded new vendors and drove the sales strategy for the existing vendor partners. Was Location Manager at two locations, Princeton NJ and Greensboro NC. As location manager was responsible for all aspects of the business sales, customer engagement, vendor management, operational fuctions and the P&L. First management role was insides sales for an acquisition. In outside sales focused on strategic selling to our top prospects and customers. Started in inside sales focusing on customer acquisition, cold calling, quoting and introducing new products.
