• Maintain the daily cash forecast and project month end cash balances • Perform day to day cash management functions including cash positioning, wire transfers, and daily cash settlement; investigate any exceptions, errors, or problem accounts • Evaluate bank services and fees; monitor bank performance and make recommendations for savings or adding new services • Document and map treasury processes, recommend improvements, monitor policies and procedures for compliance, compile and prepare data, and identify long term process improvement strategies • Perform bank account openings, closings, changes to authorized signers, and manage the database of banks accounts, worldwide• Develop and implement financial analysis projects for bank relationship management, cash and treasury operations, new business lines and strategies • Effectively communicate with banks and investment partners on operational issues • Manage FX trade confirmations and settlements • Participate in account reconciliations and preparation of month end General Ledger entries • Prepare Sarbanes-Oxley submissions and assist treasury manager with internal audit • Provide excellent customer service responding to employee inquires in a timely and professional manner • Assist treasury manager with RFP's and other projects • Train new treasury employees and temps
