In my role as Operations Program Manager, I was responsible for all supply-side aspects of the ridehailing business, including:- Building the business case(s) to pursue market opportunities that more effectively leverage the strengths of our value proposition & supply model- Developing and implementing an improved operating model to enhance the quality of the member experience, scalability & profitability- Developing and executing supply-side technology stack and roadmap- Managing our driver management vendor & municipal relationships- Defining measures of success for the ReachNow ecosystem of mobility solutions overall and Ride specifically, tracking and working towards those milestones- Managing the Ride supply-side economics, forecast and administering the budget

As Portfolio Manager I reported directly to the Chief Customer Officer and was responsible for delivering major cross-organizational initiatives/special projects; ensuring strategic alignment between the product, marketing & technology teams; and acting as a counsel/sounding board to the CCO.In this capacity I spearheaded many new initiatives within the company including launching our security & fraud and program management programs.

As Market Development Manager I was responsible for developing and executing strategies to enable ReachNow's expansion into new markets and geographies. This included defining the internal resources, documentation, investment, assets & physical footprint to execute multiple launches concurrently with minimal HQ involvement. In my role I was directly responsible for launching ReachNow's Portland carsharing business including orchestrating the start of business operations; hiring the market (general) manager; municipal business development; ordering, in-fleeting and enabling the fleet of 500+BMW & MINI vehicles; and locating the market headquarters.After launching Portland, I also was a key player in launching ReachNow's ridesharing business in Seattle.

LegUP was a sports technology startup building a real-time performance analytics platform for high school and college football teams. During our 2+ years we shipped an MVP & a fully-functioning v1 that was used by over 300 programs in the US & Europe. As the CEO/Founder, I was responsible for many things, the most important of which was representing our company ethos. Some of my responsibilities included:- Building and running a dedicated, highly productive, nationally-distributed team- Developing and executing the overarching vision, business & financial models and go-to-market strategy- Championing the cause internally and externally as LegUP's main spokesperson- As product manager / owner, defining product plans, requirements, roadmaps and prioritization by working with a team of developers, UI/UX design & data science to produce marketable, working products- Engaging customers as their main point of contact from research through support

As Senior Product Manager at Max451 I was responsible for product planning & business strategy. This included converting the Founder’s organizational change and leadership methodologies into a scalable product plan and vision. In addition, I led the agile software development process and defined the web platform's functional experience incorporating the company’s core beliefs, internal artifacts and requirements from key partners and clients.

As Director of Operations I led a multi-disciplinary team including Finance/Accounting, HR, IT & administrative support and was responsible for overseeing the organization's operating budget.My major accomplishments included:- Building the organization's holistic performance management system including org-wide goal setting, budgeting, staffing and evaluation- Instituting an initiative-based budgeting philosophy that resulted in the organization’s first year-end balanced budget in its history- Leading a cross-organizational team to find, negotiate and re-locate the IFYC office space
