CurrentFounded a consulting practice focused on organic growth tools for manufacturers and distributors of tooling and ancillary machine tool accessories using a defined consultative sales approach. Developed a defined methodology for conducting Productivity Assessments at the end user level, positioning the client as a credible resource base and trusted advisor. The underlying goal of efforts would be to increase production throughput by utilization of capital investment in machine tools with the proper allocation of application-specific tooling and optimization of the production process. Analyzing the intended operation for a new machine tool before arrival, the time from installation to achieving full output of the machine is significantly reduced, increasing the ROI of the capital investment.Provided end-to-end initiative leadership, including scoping projects, developing strategy/solutions, executing action plans, training staff, and sustaining results. Led multi-disciplinary teams to bring new solutions to fruition, influenced leadership teams, and expertly navigated organizations through change.I have developed a methodology for conducting Productivity Assessments of the current status of a specific Manufacturing Operation. The assessment methodology and tools were ultimately expanded for a much broader range of Manufacturing across different industries.
