I started my career with a major international insurance company in Melbourne and rose in a sales capacity to a senior role within one of their premier national accounts. In 2005 I made the move into recruitment focusing at the executive level. In my first 2 years I was placing senior level candidates locally, nationally and internationally across all areas of the business. I was then approached by an executive search and select firm where as a Senior Consultant I began to focus on a tailored and specific approach towards executive search and headhunting in the Sales and Marketing Space among other sectors. This role had me working within FMCG and Property Development industries as well as others. In 2008 I took a new role in a firm where I was able to focus strongly on developing teams of junior staff in the search and selection process. These teams achieved great success with targeted search techniques in the Sydney and Melbourne markets. Recently I have been fortunate enough to secure a role with the team at MATCH Executive. A true search and selection business who strongly believe that our real value is in our ability to find the best hidden talent available for our clients. My role as the General Manager has been the most exciting and rewarding to date. Working closely with Ronnie Lewis (our MD) and managing the National business, I get to focus on building the business, developing our staff of dedicated consultants with training and guidance while at the same time, still having the opportunity to be hands on in the recruitment process for my clients and candidates.Specialties: Recruitment - Search and selection
