My primary functional role as a web technology leader at SentrySafe is to bring in and implement new technology to help support our sales and marketing organizations! This includes but is not limited to full stack development of all SentrySafe consumer facing websites (CMS, Customer Service, eCommerce), IT Operations of application servers (configuration, management, operations), and the management and execution of marketing websites from technical strategy point of view! I also manage and participate with a team of on and off-site developers (front-end, back-end, database) overseeing project timelines, application design, code reviews, and application deployment.My secondary functional role is to provide the same technical expertise inside the SentrySafe organization. This includes but is not limited to IT Operations of the corporate intranet, SAP Application integration with XI/PI, Customer Service CRM integration, Customer Service Card not present applications, EDI Order look-up applications, Handheld Scanning, Printing, Inventory tracking and consulting with the Operations and Infrastructure teams.My other functional role consists of the collecting, maintenance and analytic reporting of our direct consumer data (my profile registrations, card registrations, marketing campaigns, surveys, and data collection). I am also the onsite SQL DBA in which I am responsible for standing up, tuning, backing up and creating high availability database environments throughout our global infrastructure.
