- Supervise the day to day security operations of an assigned client site- Manage a team of security officers, site and/or shift supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and supportEnsure the client site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property- Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees- Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service

Working with Client & Client partners to build & deliver relevant training modules to contingent security force of 1000+ across North America. Hosting refresher classes to train relevant SOPs. Hosting CPR/AED/FA classes locally to certify local security force of 300+Advanced tracking of training compliance for client QBRs using csv programs including Google Sheets and Excel.

Lead, train, and direct security professionals and team leads, oversee access control, ensure client and guest needs met.

Lead and direct security officers, handle administrative duties such as scheduling, assist with operations and ensure needs of client and management are being met on all relevant fronts.Maintain physical security presence, investigating potential threats and maintaining access control. Safety response and customer service for employees, guests, and contingent workers.
