Anthony was responsible for developing and delivering services to CGI clients, both internal and external, within SAP. With this, he was accountable for achieving the target Project KPIs set by the Business Unit, ensuring that the target Contribution or Margin by the Business Unit was met and was responsible for meeting the assignment targets for his team members. Aside from managing current engagements, he was also involved in providing solutions for bids and project opportunities requested from the PH delivery centre. As the SAP Competency Lead, he was responsible in representing the Philippines in the global SAP council which handles all SAP opportunities and trainings within the CGI Global Network.

• Was the lead technical consultant of the PH segment of the support team providing 24/7 support to an international automotive client handling Level 3 and 4 tickets and requests.• Assisted in team management focusing on task delegation, quality review, work planning, KPI/SLA management and escalations.• Trained in SAP MII in Logica Lyon France to gain development experience and business exposure • Worked onsite with onshore team in supporting said client on SAP MII implementation/support. Was tasked with MII development as well as ECC interface/integration work.• Had been part of the pioneer team to create a SAP MII Prepackaged solution.
