Game Advertising Online (GAO) was a gaming focused ad network. 750+ gaming websites, reached 65MM gamers, and served 4B+ ad impressions monthly.I was the #3 hire post acquisition. I was tasked with growing the network's available inventory and driving increased revenue. I achieved this by developing the sales strategy, building the sales team, and providing leadership on all business development initiatives.Immediately grew revenues by 42%, improved profit margins by 28%, and increased the number of website publishers by 316% YoY.Publisher development strategy helped the company make Quantcast's Top 20 Global Ad Networks and Platforms (October 2014).Developed demand side partnerships with Google AdX, InMobi, OpenX, and PubMatic.Oversaw all marketing initiatives for the network (website, sales collateral, trade show, SEM). Clients included: Blizzard, Kabam, EA, Zynga, Sony Online Entertainment, Nexon, Aeria, Wargaming, Trion, Kixeye, IMVU, Machine Zone, Ubisoft, En Masse, Turbine, Funcom, Plarium, IGG, Ngames.
