My name is Anthony Saenz and my mission is to help organizations achieve Operational Excellence by focusing on improving Quality across the board.I started my career in IT as a Help Desk Technician in 2009. However, my interest in computers started much earlier when I got my first personal computer, a Macintosh. From there, it blossomed into building my own PCs and studying computer science. I had no idea where my interest would take me, but since then, I have built my career in Information Technology, both in software and business. I spent the bulk of my career working in the Software Development Lifecycle in Quality Control creating Test Plans and Automated Test Scripts. Most recently, I have been working as an IT Manager, Software Development Engineer in Test at General Motors.I consider myself a "people person" and not your stereotypical, head down, IT professional. I pride myself in being a chameleon, adapting to situations and people, to foster the best experiences. My passion is helping others realize and achieve their professional goals. Any leader worth their salt should know and want their employees to move on to new opportunities and roles.
