Better Community Development (BCD) offers many programs to address the needs of the Little Rock, AR community. BCD's mission is to improve the quality of life for low-income, underserved, disadvantaged and at-risk adults and their families. In our residential treatment program, Hoover Treatment Center, we offer a comprehensive program to support individuals suffering from addiction to alcohol, drugs, and other substances. Our faith-based, holistic approach provides support through substance abuse counseling, mental health therapy, health & wellness and transitional living.
