About Anthony Hanson

I am a Chartered Management Accountant with a Bachelor of Science in accounting. I have international experience having worked in both the USA and UK. I have worked with a variety of businesses from start-ups to international groups of companies, so I am comfortable with preparing consolidated financial statements and currency translations.My main focuses are on managing liquidity and cash flow, and optimizing profits to ensure the healthy running of the organizations that I am involved with. I look at the business strategies, and work out budgets and performance indicators to achieve the goals. I then regularly analyze how the business is performing compared to the targets set to identify early where things may not be going to plan, so we can highlight and address those issues.I have always been a big proponent of technology as it provides the best tools to efficiently carry out my work. I have worked with several different types of ERP systems, and carried out many ERP implementations. I favor cloud computing, and am a heavy user of Excel. I am also proficient with other Microsoft Office apps, and Google Docs.

Between ensuring we were profitable and had liquidity, we were able to re-pay our supplier within 9 months, and over the next 3 years we grew the business to building 175 houses per year.
