Home building general contracting company in Northern Colorado. This was a company that built 25 houses per year, was losing money, and was in debt to its main supplier. I developed the job costing system to accurately show the profitability of each type of house model and reported to management how to amend their sales strategy to be profitable. They listened and reacted which had the effect of returning the company to profitability within 6 months. I also created cash flow forecasting to identify the timing of cash requirements to ensure the company no longer ran out of cash. Between ensuring we were profitable and had liquidity, we were able to re-pay our supplier within 9 months, and over the next 3 years we grew the business to building 175 houses per year.
