Serving as a regional resource, I work with a high performing and supportive team of marketing coordinators, graphic designers, and strategy development staff. I work alongside the strategic growth team to prepare proposals, qualification packages, award submittals, resumes, project descriptions, and perform data management. In addition, I research gather and edit proposal materials including writing, verifying, and formatting proposal information to ensure it adheres to brand standards and AP formatting.

In this role, I developed a multi-channel marketing strategy and created marketing materials for trade shows, auctions, and digital events. I performed market research to help determine new ways of connecting with target audiences, and carried out social media strategy integration, and content creation. The implementation of my social media strategy lead to an increase in both engagement and followers on Facebook and Instagram. I spent a great deal of time writing weekly blog posts, email copy, company announcements, and press releases. Indianapolis, Indiana, United States

In this role I created and managed up to 60+ time sensitive communications per month. These included but were not limited to: digital advertisements, emails, and global/regional News Stories. I prepared and explained email-based analytic reports, and worked collaboratively with other teams to create advertising materials for upcoming events. I was a member of several diversity initiatives including the Cummins Black Network, and the Cummins Pride Employee Resource Group. Within the Pride ERG, I helped to plan and coordinate our quarterly 2021 learning series. These events helped to promote LGBTQ diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.This was a contract position that ended at the end of December 2021.

Muncie, Indiana Area

Within this role I was responsible for creating marketing materials to be distributed by the office. These included but were not limited to: presentations, event flyers, and the office logo. I helped to plan and coordinate events, ensuring that they ran smoothly. This includes the 2019 Mayors State of the City Address, and numerous town hall meetings. I helped to establish a safe environment by implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives within the office.

Muncie, Indiana Area

Promoting study abroad within my campus community by tabling, writing blog posts, and planning study abroad events. This year as an ambassador my main focus has been minority outreach, as well as connecting students with financial aid resources to assist them in their international education experience.

Facilitate workshops for student organizations and undergraduate courses on campus, as well asconsult with student leaders about organizational issues related to diversity and social justice.
