At the end of the term, we had a fully working news reading service that could read thousands of articles and tweets each day. It could parse, categorize, geo-locate and prepare thee for human review (which was often not needed as the machine was able to get everything needed for our cartographers to take action). His self-managed time here exceeded our expectations. We intentionally gave a small clue in to what we needed and did not set required milestones, working hours or a timeline. Tony found his way navigating within our large company's talent base to find the answers he needed and execute on the plan effectively. On his last day, he presented an in-depth presentation to our engineering group on his work and the tools he used to deliver what we now proudly call Gunther. I'd be thrilled to work with him again on any level."
