As a strong believer in lifelong learning, my career continues to evolve where I am able to engage with amazing individuals and organisations who make valuable contributions to the growth, development, and wellbeing of our community. I've worked as a Company Director and business owner, and developed businesses from the start-up phase. I've undertaken work in career services, regulatory compliance, law enforcement, investigations, financial services, training, emergency management, business development, marketing, recruitment, and sales.I've served on the boards of diverse not-for-profit organisations over many years driving strategic direction and the provision of valuable services to vulnerable and marginalised people in our community.I am now working with Fortem Australia since 2021 to improve the health, wellbeing, and resilience of those who protect our nation’s security, investigate and prevent crime, operate in conflict zones and at the front-line of Australia’s disaster, accident and emergency responses.As the national manager of the Fortem Australia Career Management Program I am focused on supporting first responders across Australia with career transition services, personal and professional growth and resilience, whilst engaging with corporate and government stakeholders to achieve goals that make a difference to people's lives.
