Support RPAT operations with movement of military materials. Interface with Movement Control Team for aquisition of transportation assets for material movement throughout theater. Responsible for all Installation Access Requirements and Access Control procedures related to acquiring Access badges for local national truck drivers and mechanics entering the FOB (Forward Operating Base). Assist Movement Control Coordinators with LMR and AMR submittal process. Managed Express Cargo, Central Distrubution Point, Physical/Facility Security, Customs, and Operations sections of the CRSP Branch. Supervision, administration, training of 300+ employees, foreign national cargo handlers, and contract drivers with supervisory level oversight for all sub-divisions of the CRSP (Central Receiving Shipping Point). I established, implemented, and enforced a Facility/Physical Security program from the ground up to include; OPSEC (Operational Security), COMSEC (Communications Security), INFOSEC (Information Security), Key Control and Entry Control procedures. Operated and sustained a satellite CRSP (Central Receiving Shipping Point) Operation; CDP (Central Distribution Point) at desert location Camp Buehring. Controlled all inbound express cargo from FED-EX, DHL, and UPS for Camp Arifjan, Camp Buehring, and Camp Virginia. Responsible for all Customs Letter Clearance procedures for inbound and outbound cargo, both CONUS (Continental United States) and OCONUS (Outside Continental United States). Coordinated requirements for all employees, western and foreign national, Installation Access Badges and CAC (Common Access Card) cards. Appointed Facility Manager to oversee all buildings and shelters allocated to the CRSP and SPOE/D with regards to maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections. Attended meetings and interface with U.S. Military personnel, government representatives, and contractor elements with regards to governmental directives compliance. Implemented and enforced supervision control procedures to ensure quality standards. Directly monitored production of CRSP (Central Receiving Shipping Point) leads. Controlled supply accountability within the CRSP.

Provided support of day to day CRSP, APOE/D and SPOE/D operations, to include the monitoring of loading/unloading of military and civilian aircraft, trucks, MILVANS, and movement of all freight, and produce/file supporting documentation. Assigned and evaluated scheduled training for improved mission capability. I Prepared, received and filed all transportation documentation, customs clearance forms and hazardous material information. I Controlled shipping and receiving of sensitive item cargo and maintain files for sensitive items.
