I led Hudl's 100-person customer success function that was responsible for onboarding, education, client services and customer support. I helped develop our strategy for low and high touch product adoption by aligning these teams with growth, marketing, sales and product to deliver exceptional customer experience. I owned the strategy and reporting for our customer engagement mountain goal, one of three annual company goals.

I led the engagement and retention strategy for American Football, our largest sport vertical of over $30MM in subscription revenue, 20K organizations and 1MM users. I led the marketing and sales launch of two new product offerings to our customers to drive $7MM in additional revenue in the first two years, in addition to delivering a strategy for driving user-generated content for our growing media business.

I created organizational strategies for attracting talent as sold through our Employment Branding division of Recruitment Process Outsourcing. I developed talent acquisition strategies through digital, social channels and worked with IBM sales reps to pitch and renew contracts. I spoke at regional roundtable events with Talent Acquisition leaders to drive new business leads and engage current customers.

I managed the social marketing strategy for Kenexa a $1.3B saas company acquired by IBM in 2012. I developed strategies for engaging clients and customers via social channels and worked with product marketing, demand generation, P.R., and product teams on execution. I was responsible for a $150K social ad budget that drove awareness and qualified sales leads for multiple business units.

I led the launch of Archrival’s field marketing program in June of 2009. I developed marketing, brand buzz and sampling strategies for brand reps for Foursquare, Neebo, State Farm and Red Bull. This included the management of 80 reps on 35+ campuses nationwide. I monitored campaigns and created market feedback reports while handling the day-to-day business operations of the field marketing division. I also helped with creative solutions for multiple clients in the Archrival portfolio.
