My main target as the business moved forward was to look at other markets of health and fitness to help increase the membership sales which involved looking into all aspects of how the company was functioning. A key area included analysing profit and loss to ensure that targets were met and establishing where there was need for improvement. I was also responsible for managing the in house retail department. Quality assurance was vital here as this was essentially the face of the business, responsible for promoting memberships and attracting new customers.
