My professional career has included several years in information technology in the large enterprise as well as Agile coaching engagements across various business units and teams. Through this, enterprise-wide, perspective I have come to understand that Business Agility requires bridging the gaps between Business Strategy, IT Architecture, and executing on the work needed to achieve strategic objectives by all people involved in a value stream network.In my current position, as an Agile Coach, I help organizations improve, evolve, and solve real problems, collaboratively, through continuous experimentation, learning, and adaptation. My coaching and consulting work starts with systems thinking and understanding the end-to-end flow of value to the customer. In addition, I have recently been focused on advancing our overall business agility by developing and delivering cohort based learning with emerging and innovative Agile approaches, practices, and tools to effectively visualize and manage the flow of knowledge work at all levels and areas of the enterprise. I am an Accredited Kanban Consultant (AKC) with Flight Levels certifications (FL2D, FL3D, FLSA), Professional Scrum certifications (PSM I and II, PSPO, and PAL I), TameFlow certifications (CTSL, ATSL) and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification. My most recent professional interests and learnings include Klaus Leopold's Flight Levels, Steve Tendon's TameFlow, Daniel Vacanti's Actionable Agile Metrics (and flow metrics in general), and related material such as Throughput Economics, Theory of Constraints, Value Stream Management, The Logical Thinking Process, and Organizational Patterns.
