Anthony Ghiglia Photography has been a mainstay brand for the bulk of my photographic work. I have worked in the following areas during the span of my 26 year photography career.1993 - 1998: Event Photography - My first photography job shooting portraits, company events and sorority/fraternity parties at San Diego State University and surrounding colleges. Finished the job as the head photographer in charge of training and scheduling close to 40 different photographers in the course of the position. 1998 - present: Landscape and Travel Photography (selling prints and licensing images)2001 - 2009: Surfer Magazine (staff photographer globetrotting the world creating editorial and advertising content) 2009 - present: Senior Staff Photographer at Surfer Magazine (pretty sure this just means I'm older than the average staff photographer at the mag)2010 - 2015: Wedding and Portrait Photography - At the tail end of the recession I partnered with a longtime friend, Danny DeSanti, to form Bellaluz Photography.
